Advertising Opportunities at the US OPEN
Souvenir Event Program
The US OPEN Event Program contains over 60 pages of photos, advertisements, the event schedule and other pertinent information. It is a collector's keepsake within our dance community and serves to document the history of the event. Without your continued participation this program could not be produced. All three-day ticket holders receive the souvenir program. It is a tremendous advertising opportunity to reach more than 1500 dancers within our swing dance community. We offer several Premium locations to advertise in our Event Program.
Submit Ads
TIMELINE:
We start accepting artwork August 1st. The DEADLINE for submission is October 1st. Ads must be paid for by October 10th or they will not be included in the program.
FORMAT:
Advertising materials are required:- at least 300 dpi resolution
- PC format
- File types: Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), PageMaker (.pmd), .jpg, .tif, or .eps.
Please be sure that all e-mail files include file format instructions for processing, plus the images and fonts. We can accept files stuffed or zipped, using the appropriate compression.
All e-mail subject lines should say: 2011 US Open Program - your name/event
